Gelatin gummies

Gummies are a great way to get in some gut-healing nutrients, and they taste so good! They contain gelatin which is a good source of protein, and especially high in two amino acids that are typically lacking in our diets, glycine and proline. Gelatin is known for being a great source of collagen which is important for healthy skin, nails, hair, as well as connective tissue and joint-health. Gelatin can also promote a healthy digestion, for instance, the glycine in gelatin may promote a healthy mucosal lining in the stomach. It also stimulates the production of gastric juices, which facilitates proper digestion. As well as providing beneficial protein from the gelatin, these gummies also contains antioxidants and vitamin C!

Make sure you use gelatin of good quality, I use one from Naturkilden.
