Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients

2 sweet potatoes

Olive or avocado oil

Himalayan sea salt

Instructions

1. Wash 2 large sweet potatoes.

2. Cut into fries and spread the sweet potato wedges out into a single layer on an baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. Sprinkle with oil and himalayan salt.

4. Bake at 220C for 45-50 minutes. 

Serve with guacamole, salsa or as a side.
