Shower meditation

All of us can benefit from some cleansing and releasing from time to time, as we tend to carry and hold on to stuff that’s just weighing us down. Having tools that allows you to let go of some of the thoughts, feelings, emotions, moods, worries and stress you find yourself having, is so important, and something that can help make you more happy, centered, balanced and content. Here’s one of my tools to release whatever I’m holding on to.

Shower Meditation

  1. When in the shower, make sure that the water are running over your head and body

  2. Close your eyes and find your breath

  3. Notice the sensation of water on your skin

  4. Visualize that the water washes away your stress and worries

  5. Let the water cleanse you

  6. Imagine all your problems and negative thoughts like sadness, anger, regret, depression and anxiety getting washed off you

  7. Let it all go down the drain

  8. Release it

  9. Feel the lightness in your body

  10. And the peace within your mind
